The process of coaching means you have a good sounding
board with someone who has an understanding of your situation and can ask probing questions and make suggestions
leading you to come to see possibilities for action much more quickly than you would if you were to think it through alone.
I have the appropriate education background: A Masters degree in Rehabilitation Administration from the University of San Francisco
and under graduate degrees in Psychology and Education from the University of Calgary and now certification as a life coach with the
Coach Training Alliance. I am a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and adhere to their Code of Ethics.
AND ONE OF THE BEST THINGS...
I am not there in your community. I am not your staff member or
your board member. I am someone who can really listen without a
vested interest in the outcome.
